My name is Betty, and I am the owner of Sign & Seal Mobile Notary, LLC. I serve the San Antonio community as a Texas Mobile Notary, NSA‑Certified Signing Agent, Certified Mortgage Field Inspector, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Certified Faith Counselor through the International Institute of Faith-Based Counseling, and Ordained Christian Minister through The Sure Foundation Theological Institute.

Notarization Requirements
All signers for the documents MUST be present at the same time.
Each signer is required to present TWO (2) valid, unexpired government‑issued identification cards. Acceptable examples include: Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Military ID.
The name on your identification MUST match the name on the document.
